Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care at Stride focuses on your joints, muscles, and movement. Whether your concern involves your back, neck, or an arm or leg, your visit begins with a health history and an assessment tailored to your symptoms.
What your care may include
Depending on your findings, Dr. Jordan may recommend joint adjustments or mobilizations, soft-tissue treatment, and exercises. Advice about activity and everyday habits helps connect the work in the clinic with what you do between visits.
A plan you understand
Dr. Jordan explains the findings and recommended options, answers your questions, and discusses your preferences before care begins. Follow-up visits provide an opportunity to review your progress and adapt the plan around your goals.
Acupuncture & Dry Needling
Acupuncture, dry needling, and electro-acupuncture are options Dr. Jordan may include in a chiropractic care plan for muscle and joint concerns. Your assessment, preferences, and comfort help guide whether a needle-based approach is appropriate.
Understanding the options
These treatments use fine needles placed at selected points or in specific tissues. Dry needling commonly focuses on muscular areas. Electro-acupuncture adds a controlled electrical current through selected needles. Dr. Jordan explains the approach he recommends and what you may feel.
Part of a broader plan
Needling may be paired with hands-on treatment, movement, and advice for everyday activity. Before treatment, you can discuss questions, alternatives, and any concerns about needles with Dr. Jordan.
Custom Orthotic Insoles
Custom orthotic insoles are made to fit your feet and support the way you move. At Stride, the starting point is an assessment of your feet, walking pattern, footwear, and the activities that matter to you.
From assessment to a custom fit
Dr. Jordan discusses your symptoms and examines how your feet and lower limbs function. If custom orthotics are recommended, an impression of your feet is used to help create insoles suited to your needs. Footwear and the demands of standing, walking, work, or sport are part of the conversation.
Support beyond the insole
Orthotics may be one part of your care, alongside exercise or other treatment when appropriate. Your assessment helps determine whether custom insoles make sense for you and what to expect as you get used to wearing them.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy uses acoustic waves delivered through a handheld applicator to a selected treatment area. It may be considered for certain persistent tendon and soft-tissue concerns after an assessment.
Is it appropriate for you?
Dr. Jordan reviews your symptoms, health history, and previous care before recommending shockwave therapy. He explains the reasons for the recommendation, the sensations you may experience, and the expected course of care so you can make an informed choice.
Connected to your rehabilitation
Shockwave therapy may be combined with progressive exercise and advice about activity. Your response to treatment helps guide the next steps. If you are unsure whether this service suits your concern, start by booking an assessment or contacting the clinic.
