Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move easily. Bring relevant reports, a list of medications, and any questions you want to discuss.
Booking an orthotic assessment? Bring your usual footwear and any current insoles.

01 · Talk & assess
Tell Dr. Jordan about your symptoms, health history, and the activities you want to feel more comfortable doing. Your work, exercise, and everyday demands help build the picture.
He will assess the relevant areas and how you move. Let him know about any questions or concerns along the way.
02 · Understand your options
You will discuss the findings and recommended next steps, including the reasons for a proposed treatment. Your preferences and comfort are part of the decision.
You can ask what a treatment involves, what alternatives may be appropriate, and how progress will be reviewed.
03 · Build your plan
When care is appropriate, your plan may include hands-on treatment, exercises, and guidance for everyday activity. The approach reflects your assessment and what you want to work toward.
You do not need to arrive knowing which treatment you need. Dr. Jordan will help you understand the available options.
Between appointments
Put the advice and exercises discussed into practice, and make note of questions or changes you would like to review.
Follow-up visits are a chance to check your response, review movement and function, and adjust the plan together.
